How did the First INVESTinUA go?

On November 25, 2023, the International Investment Forum for Innovation IMVESTinUA was held at the Intercontinental Kyiv Hotel (one of the safest places today).
We, with partners ISE ACCELERATOR, GO STRATEGY OF THE FUTURE, GO DIGITAL EDUCATION, have been preparing this event for over 2 months to hold it at a high level!

Thanks to cooperation with the MFA of UKRAINE, all Ukrainian diplomatic institutions in the world were involved. Thanks to cooperation with the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, we were able to spread information and invite international business and investors to join the event and support Ukrainian innovations.
We managed to attract more than 20 partner organizations that provided informational support.

And the event itself became possible thanks to the co-financing of donor organizations within the framework of the international cooperation project ReACT4UA (“Application and implementation of the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine in the sphere of trade”) with funding from the German government. The project is implemented by the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH together with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine.

The event was organized in an unusual rich interactive bilingual format (sign translation was available in English and Ukrainian for everyone), three diverse panel discussions were combined with fruitful networking over coffee and a delicious lunch from the restaurant of the Intercontinental Hotel.
And the “icing on the cake” was the pitch of 9 cool startups that were selected by an independent jury. Among them were members of the Association of Startups!

Pitch winners:
First place – S-Lab, second – GIOS, third – ZEEON, according to the decision of the members of the board of the Association – receive consulting services (with a total value of up to 2000 euros), namely assistance in submitting applications for the EIC ACCELERATOR, opportunities presented by the head of the ESMA division, European Commission, Andreas Limberis, Head of Sector of the European Innovation Council and Executive Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises (EISMEA) Established by the European Commission on the forum.
