The Ukrainian Startup Association (UAS), which has been supporting the innovation ecosystem for over 4 years and unites over 300 startups, is launching the INVESTinUA Hub platform.
This is a response to one of the key market problems: the lack of early capital for innovative projects and the lack of a transparent infrastructure for angel and syndicated investments in Ukraine.
The mission of INVESTinUA Hub is to create not just a community, but a national platform that connects investors, startups, experts and institutional partners, creating conditions for high-quality interaction between them.
What are the advantages of syndicated investments?
The syndicated investment model involves several investors joining together in one pool led by a lead investor who conducts analytics, structures the deal and manages the process. Syndicate members have the opportunity to invest smaller amounts, but in professionally prepared projects, sharing both risks and profits.
