The Ukrainian Startup Association (UAS) continues its mission to promote the development of Ukraine’s innovation ecosystem. In 2025, we plan to expand opportunities for Ukrainian startups, strengthen international cooperation, and support innovative entrepreneurship through training, investment support, and legislative initiatives.
Main areas of activity
1. Development of the startup ecosystem
- Dissemination of useful information: active promotion of UAS information resources in Telegram, social networks, and YouTube.
- Attracting new members: reviewing existing ones and creating special membership programs that will include training courses, consultations and access to investors.
- Innovation community: regular meetings and networking events for startups, investors and experts.
2. International cooperation
- Project consortia: expanding the association’s international partnership and submitting applications for EU funding programs (Horizon Europe, Erasmus, COSME, etc.).
- Attachment of international experts: organizing webinars and workshops involving world-class experts in the field of technology and innovation.
- Supporting the entry of Ukrainian startups into international markets: assistance in registering a business abroad, searching for international partners and clients.
3. Investment support
- Organization of investment forums: holding the second international investment forum INVESTinUA.
- Support for investment projects: consultations on preparing business plans, presentations for investors, risk assessments.
- Grant financing: assistance to startups in applying for international grant programs (SEEDS OF BRAVERY, WNISEF, EIC Accelerator, etc.).
4. Training and advanced training
- Launching new educational programs: trainings and courses on fundraising, startup management, business model development.
- Individual consultations: expert support for startups at different stages of development.
- Innovation camps: intensive training programs for young entrepreneurs and students.
5. Legislative initiatives
- Development and promotion of proposals on tax benefits for startups.
- Intellectual property protection: cooperation with Ukrpatent and international organizations to protect Ukrainian innovations.
- Transparency of investment attraction: creation of recommendations for improving the investment climate in Ukraine.
6. Launch of the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH)
- Offline infrastructure: creation of the physical innovation park CreaInnovations Valley.
- Online consulting: provision of digital consulting, mentoring and support services for startups.
- Investor attraction: search for additional funding to support the hub’s work.
Expected results
- Increase the number of UAS members to 100+ startups.
- Holding 10+ international events.
- Successful submission of 15+ grant projects.
- Attracting investments in startups worth over $200 million.
- Implementing the first stage of creating the CreaInnovations Valley innovation park.
