The Ukrainian Startup Fund Association (UAS) has officially announced the creation of the National Coalition StartAid Ukraine as part of the European Union grant project Champions for the Digital Decade (C4DD). The corresponding sub-grant agreement has been signed with EUN Partnership aisbl (Brussels) under the Digital Europe Programme.
StartAid Ukraine will become a national platform of digital opportunities designed to bring together support tools for education, employment, innovation, and entrepreneurship into a single ecosystem. The project will be implemented over 15 months and предусматривает the creation of a digital platform as a “one-stop shop of opportunities” for the citizens of Ukraine.
The following key institutional partners have already joined the National Coalition:
- Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
- State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine
- State Organization “Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations” (UKRNOIVI)
- Cybersecurity Association of Ukraine
- HR agency Createria
What does the project involve?
As part of the initiative, the StartAid Ukraine platform will be developed to aggregate:
- grants and tenders
- vacancies and HR opportunities
- educational programs and training
- financial instruments
- a database of best practices
- an events calendar
- analytics in the field of digital skills
The platform will be mutually integrated with the European Digital Skills and Jobs Platform (DSJP), ensuring two-way content exchange, localization of materials, and the inclusion of the Ukrainian ecosystem in the pan-European digital skills network.
In addition to the digital infrastructure, the coalition will implement joint events, webinars, publications, practice exchange programs, and coordination between the government, education, business, and civil society sectors.

StartAid Ukraine aims to:
- strengthen the digital competencies of Ukrainians
- support entrepreneurs, students, veterans, and internally displaced persons (IDPs)
- integrate Ukraine into the European digital ecosystem
- create a sustainable model of national coordination in the field of digital skills and innovation
The launch of the National Coalition StartAid Ukraine is an important step in the development of the country’s innovation infrastructure and its systematic integration into the European Digital Decade 2030 space.
