Public Memorandum on the Creation of a Coalition to Support Innovation Projects

Preamble

We, representatives of public organizations, associations, development agencies, educational and business structures, realizing the key role of innovation and entrepreneurship in the restoration and sustainable development of Ukraine, declare the joining of efforts within the framework of the Platform for Support of Innovation Projects https://platform.startups.org.ua/.

The purpose of the memorandum is to create an open and transparent coalition that will promote the development of startups, the implementation of digital tools, the attraction of investments and donor resources, as well as ensuring cooperation between the state, business, education and civil society.

Our common goals

Supporting innovative entrepreneurial initiatives and startups in Ukraine.
Developing digital platforms for transparent access to grants, tenders, educational opportunities and partnerships.
Promoting Ukraine’s integration into the European and global innovation space.
Ensuring coordination and avoiding duplication of efforts in the process of the country’s recovery.
Creating a favorable environment for attracting private investment, donor assistance and international cooperation.

Principles of cooperation

Openness and transparency.
Voluntariness of participation.
Equality of all signatories.
Shared responsibility for achieving results.
Publicity of activities and accessibility to the public.

Form participation

The coalition is open to new participants – organizations, institutions and businesses that share the values and goals of the memorandum.
Participants confirm their accession to the memorandum by means of an official letter or public consent.
The logos of all participants will be posted on the platform website in the “Memorandum Signatories” section.

Final Provisions

This memorandum is an open public declaration of cooperation and does not create legal obligations for the participants. It is intended to become a tool for partnership, consolidation of efforts and building trust between key stakeholders of the innovation ecosystem of Ukraine.
