The Ukrainian Startup Association is pleased to announce its collaboration with Startup Mastery as part of the Startup Nations Association project.
This collaboration offers Ukrainian startups a unique opportunity to take a 4-month mentoring course to develop their ideas and prepare for international success. The program was developed in Israel.
Program Overview
The Startup Mastery pre-acceleration program is designed for early-stage startups that aspire to enter the world’s leading accelerators. Based on the Lean Innovation 3.0 methodology, the program helps participants develop a Minimum Sellable Product (MSP), validate their ideas, and prepare for investment.

Structure programs
The program consists of four stages:
Month 1: Idea and team development
- Development of a unique value proposition.
- Team creation and role assignment.
- Market and competitor analysis.
Month 2: Customer analysis and validation
- Customer segmentation and identification of their needs.
- Hypothesis testing through interviews.
- Feedback collection and analysis.
Month 3: Business model and financial planning
- Development of Business Model Canvas.
- Revenue and expense planning.
- Identification of risks and preparation for scaling.
Month 4: Product development and investment attraction
- Completion of MSP and preparation of investor pitches.
- Participation in Demo Day and presentation on the investor platform.
